Encouraging movement is tantamount to good health. Our bodies are designed to move, jump, run, twist and yet we have made sitting into an art form. If your type of work dictates the need for a lot of time sitting, this must be compensated for.
Movement affects everything from circulation to digestion, from metabolism to immunity. So, incorporating some time to move into the working day will improve the health of yourself and your team.

Classes pull on a variety of yoga styles, depending on the focus of the class and the people I am working with. Options are always given so you can make the practice suit your unique body
