Yoga HIIT - £5 per person
Thursday 07:30-08:15 am
A class designed to get your heart rate up, whilst strengthening the body and improving fitness. Using yoga-based moves in a HIIT style workout to keep the joints safe and give you a full-body workout. Make sure you have some water to hand, it’s thirsty work! Content changes each week to keep it fresh and we always start with a warm-up and finish in savasana.
Yoga Flow - £5 per person
Tuesday 18:00-19:00 pm
Moving with the breath, suitable for all abilities and options will be given so you can make it your own practice. Each week the practice will be different to ensure your body gets the variety it needs. No equipment required, just a mat or space to practice. 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♂️
Yoga Slow - Free community class
Friday 12:30 -13:00 pm
The perfect way to unwind, a slow yoga practice can be incredibly restorative. Some weeks we will work on the breath, some weeks on gentle stretching, and others on Yoga Nidra and relaxation. This is one to leave you feeling calm and relaxed, a little half-hour of self-love and kindness! 🙏🏻
