It doesn't matter if you have never done yoga before or if you do it every day, whether you are as bendy as a pretzel or can't touch your toes. The beauty of yoga is that everyone can do something and that first step to something could be the start or a journey you wished you had embarked on earlier.
Suitable for all abilities and options will be given so you can make it your practice. Each week the practice will be different to ensure your body gets the variety it needs.
Yoga Slow - Free community class - Live Online Class
Friday - 12:30 -13:00 pm
The perfect way to unwind, a slow yoga practice can be incredibly restorative. Some weeks we will work on the breath, some weeks on gentle stretching, and others on Yoga Nidra and relaxation. This is one to leave you feeling calm and relaxed, a little half-hour of self-love and kindness! 🙏🏻
For all classes, you will need a mat, and feel free to bring your favorite yoga props🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♂️
