Meditate

Reducing employee stress levels is the most obvious benefit of providing meditation or guided relaxation in the workplace. This is just one of a multitude of benefits; improved focus, and concentration, cultivates creativity, improves mood, and learning to be more mindful can strengthen professional relationships and help to avoid conflict, through strengthening emotional intelligence.

Meditation teaches its participants to relax, through cultivating a state of physical stillness, the body and mind recharge and we become more intuitive.

Meditation can be done seated or laid on the floor and can be anything from breath awareness, visualisations, working to withdraw the senses or a full Yoga Nidra (A guided meditation designed to calm the body, breath, mind, and soul)
