Moving with the breath, suitable for all abilities and options will be given so you can make it your own practice. Each week the practice will be different to ensure your body gets the variety it needs. Bring your mat and your favourite yoga props. can be attended in person at Itchenor Memorial Hall, or from the comfort of your home as all classes are live streamed online. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️
