A gentle, yet powerful sound bath to awaken and ignite your inner healer and intuition. Held a few days after World Sound Healing Day and at the rise of the Chinese New Year, this immersive sound healing journey uses Cacao to open your heart and mind, Yoga Nidra to guide your physical and emotional self into a deep state of relaxation and Himalayan Bowls, Gong and therapeutic percussion to sharpen your intuition and awaken your inner healer. Working with sound vibrations to move stuck patterns into forward action, to release and allow inner shifts that prepare you for new adventures, and welcome the energy of the year of the fire horse. I use the amazing plant medicine that is FULL POWER ceremonial grade cacao from Sur del Lago in Venezuela, and it is made into a hug in a mug, using gluten-free oat milk, Himalayan salt, agave syrup and coconut sugar to deliver a salted caramel flavour.
