As a member you will get access to a private Facebook group, where a short video will be uploaded every day, The video may be a particular pose, breathing technique, meditation or mini class. The group is also a place to share ideas, inspiration, ask questions and get answers. Available for you to access when you want, how you want.
A wide variety of topics will be explored, from different styles of yoga to meditation, breathwork, and maybe some self-massage too!
