Service Description

A class designed to get your heart rate up, whilst strengthening the body and improving fitness. Using yoga-based moves in a HIIT style workout to keep the joints safe and give you a full-body workout. ​ Make sure you have some water to hand, it’s thirsty work! Content changes each week to keep it fresh and we always start with a warm-up and finish in savasana.
